Q: Do you rent costumes?

We only sell our products. If you’re looking some rental options, we suggest you check the following local shops.

 

Q: Can I order products online?

Sorry, but no. Call us old fashioned but we’d rather see your pretty little face or converse with you over the phone. So give us a call at (916) 448-2594 or text us at (916) 717-1791 so we can get the conversation started. Our staff will gladly assist with all of your costume needs.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

If you have your receipt — you can get a refund within 30 days of purchase. Without a receipt you can get store credit. Some products are a final sales: i.e. makeup, wigs, tiaras, lingerie and body jewelry.

EXCEPTION: In October the return policy of our Halloween products changes and is a bit more restrictive. All customers are informed of this policy at checkout. Call (916) 448-2594 if you have any questions.

Q: Do you give tours?

We do not provide tours but the best way to experience our extensive offerings is to try out our self-guided Murder & Mayhem scavenger hunt beginning on the second floor of Evangeline’s. Ask any of our staff members to provide you with a brochure.
